helpful elevator convenient location clean room
i appreciated the elevator in the building it was very helpful with my luggage the hotel location is near many shops and restaurants i found it quite convenient the room was very clean and quiet despite facing the street

big room baggage storage lacking cleanliness dirty towel
the rooms were bigger than i thought. the staff helped us store our baggage. air conditioning worked GREAT, necessary for the august heat.
the cleanliness was a LITTLE lacking, especially in the shower. the towels felt not very clean. the air con rattled unless it was on low.
